The man on the phone was very rude and incoherent during the order. I had a coupon to use but the man hung up on me before I can say so. When I called back to give him the coupon, he said “I know” and “OK’d” me until I hung up and did not give me a time for my delivery.

Got salmonella poisoing from eating this food, got my initial order and it tasted of rancid fish and when i called to get a new order i was Given a hard time about it. Got my new food and then 12 hours later my body starting convulsing and i started Throwing up everywhere. Never again will i eat here or should anyone else

Lucky Fortune has pretty good food, nice service, beautiful decorations, comfortable seating, and a convenient Take-Out option. Lucky Fortune is my favorite Chinese restaurant and has alright prices. Anybody can have a good time here.

This past Sunday, my family and I attended a ceremony at a cemetery on Staten island. I am from upstate NY and I needed a restaurant which served lunch for a family of 15 people, including 2 children. I found Lucky Fortune on Yelp and called, sight unseen and made arrangements on the phone. A week before the date, Cindy called me to confirm. When we arrived at the restaurant, the room and staff were ready for us. Orders were taken, drinks were served and the food delivered in a timely fashion. The sevice was excellent and the food was hot and delicious. I had hot and sour soup, spicy enough with lots of mushsrooms. I also had eggplant in garlic sauce - my favorite and it was delicious. The portions were generous and many of my family had doggie bags with them as they left the restaurant. Good place to go!

After trying out many Chinese restaurants in the area, I am very happy with Lucky Fortune. The food is delicious and the place is clean. My husband and I both love getting sushi from there as well. The best part is that the prices are reasonable.

Pro: Premium Chinese food. Con: none. Simon and Lisa have the best Chinese food on Staten Island. Their buffet is by far the best in town. Try the Sesame Chicken, you'll be hooked! ...?
